Test Kit
For anyone trying Silver Bullet for the first time: sample data for an invented business, and questions whose correct answers are known, so you can try Silver Bullet on your computer with files and, if you like, a live database, and check its answers before you add your own data.
The kit comes as its own download beside the program,
SilverBullet3-TestKit-3.0.0-rc.7.zip:

The business
Vardhora Hospitality Supplies Private Limited is an invented mid-size Indian B2B wholesale distributor with its head office in Pune. It supplies tea and coffee, rice and staples, spices and masalas, oils and ghee, disposables and packaging, cleaning and hygiene products, kitchen equipment and tableware to restaurants, hotels, cafés, caterers, corporate cafeterias, hospitals, schools and colleges, retailers and cloud kitchens from 13 branches in four regions (North, South, East and West), and exports Indian foods to distributors in the United States, the UAE and the United Kingdom from its Mumbai branch. It keeps three financial years of history, April to March: FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26 (2023-04-01 to 2026-03-31).
Money is in Indian rupees (INR). Export orders are priced and invoiced in US dollars: each carries the dollar amount, the exchange rate booked for its month (about ₹82 to ₹91 to the dollar) and the INR equivalent, in separate columns. Line amounts, net sales and targets exclude GST. GST is charged at 5, 12 or 18% (the 12% goods at 5% from 22 September 2025): CGST and SGST on sales within a state, IGST between states, none on exports (zero-rated under a Letter of Undertaking).
The data behaves like a real business’s: seasons (a quiet monsoon, a busy festive and wedding season, a year-end push in March), growth (net sales about ₹43 crore, ₹55 crore, ₹59 crore), a few big customers (caterers lead), contract, volume, festive and clearance discounts, price revisions every 1 April and a tea price rise in October 2024, cancelled orders, returns and credit notes, late and part payments and one restaurant that never paid, discontinued and new products, sales reps who left, and the Bhubaneswar branch, closed on 2024-09-30 (its customers moved to Kolkata, so their invoices changed from CGST + SGST to IGST). Blanks are where reality has them: open branches have no closing date, undelivered shipments no delivery date, export customers no GSTIN.
The same business is in the sample files and in the sample database, so the same question can be asked of both and must get the same answer.
Invented people. All personal data is invented. Names are common given names and surnames combined at random; e-mail addresses are only at example.com, example.org and example.net (reserved for examples). India has no phone range reserved for fiction, so every Indian mobile is from +91 90000 00000 to 00999, a run of zeros no network gives out as an ordinary number (do not call them); US numbers are only from 555-0100 to 0199 and UK numbers only from Ofcom’s drama range 020 7946 0xxx, both reserved for fiction; UAE contacts have no phone. GSTINs have the right shape but a wrong check character, so none is a real registration. There are no Aadhaar numbers, no PANs of individuals, and no card or bank numbers. Business names are invented.
Using the kit
The files are all you need. The sample database is optional: use it if you also want to try Silver Bullet on a live database.
- The files. Start Silver Bullet, open Admin → Data sources and
pick Files (or Add files), and choose the files from the kit’s
files/folder. Several at once is fine. The workbook has three sheets: add each sheet you want as its own item (each becomes its own data source). Check data shows what was found in each file, in three groups (Fixed automatically, Needs you, Optional); compare it with the problems planted below. Take the recommendation on each decision screen (or Use recommended for all), except on the Targets sheet: there, turn the months into rows and name the two new columnsmonthandtarget_inr, as the questions expect. Then Review and Add. The Administration Guide describes every step. - The sample database (optional). Your DBA installs it in a test
database with the scripts in
sql/(a few minutes; steps below), and you add it with Admin → Data sources, the database’s card. Silver Bullet never connects to a database to install it: the scripts are run with the DBA’s own tool. The database must be reachable from your computer. - The dictionary (recommended). In Admin → Data dictionary, give the sales lines’ amount in rupees the chat name Net sales and mark it as the main measure, the region as the main grouping and the order date as the main date, then Publish. The home cards and the brief are then about net sales by region.
- The questions. Choose the data source the question names in the data
picker, ask each question as it is written (type it), then look up
the correct answer below or in
results-sheet.csvand compare. Record the result in the results sheet: the questions and correct answers are filled in, and the columns for your results are blank. - Judge each answer as one of four results:
- Correct: every column the question asks for has the expected values, within the tolerance given. Extra columns are fine. A question’s notes say what else counts as right.
- Wrong but visible: wrong, and the screen shows why: a chip under How I read your question has the wrong period, measure, grouping or filter, or How I got this plainly shows the mistake, or the answer says Please check.
- Silently wrong: wrong, and nothing on the screen shows it.
- Refused: an error or a refusal instead of an answer. For a question asking to change data, a refusal is the correct result.
If an answer is wrong, try No, fix it once, as you would on your own data, and note whether the fixed answer is right.

Until an administrator saves another model on the AI model page, Silver Bullet uses Ollama at SB_OLLAMA_URL (default http://127.0.0.1:11434) with SB_MODEL (default qwen3-coder-next:latest), and SB_EMBED_MODEL (default nomic-embed-text) to match questions to verified answers by meaning.
The same model can read the same question differently from one run to the next, and a change to what it is told (the dictionary, the rules, a new release) can change its readings of other questions. The Release Notes list every wrong answer.
Approvals reach the model only as examples for nearly the same questions, and the safety check of a correction also asks the model before the fix is published: in the Test Kit’s learning loop (five databases and the files, twice), nine wrong answers were corrected and no right answer became wrong.
Models of about 7 billion parameters are wrong far more often, with nothing to show it. Use a code model of 20 billion parameters or more.
Of the cloud models, Google Gemini (gemini-3.5-flash-lite) was measured, sent only the question’s own values: 200 of 205 database answers and 27 of 29 file answers right. A value the question names only by its meaning (“exports” for the value “96-Foreign Country”) cannot be matched by a cloud model; such an answer is marked Please check, and one correction with No, fix it teaches it. The other cloud providers have not been measured with this version.
Measure the model on your own data before relying on it: the Test Kit shows how.
The Release Notes list the questions that were wrong and how the two runs differed.

Sales register FY 2025-26 (CSV) (vardhora_sales_register_FY2025-26.csv). Every order line of the financial year 2025-26 (1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026) as the ERP exports its sales register: one row per product on an order, with the invoice number and date once invoiced, the party (customer) and its GSTIN, place of supply, region, branch, sales rep, item, HSN code, rate, discount, taxable value in INR, GST rate and CGST, SGST and IGST. Rupee amounts are grouped the Indian way (1,23,456.78); dates are day first (order date 31-03-2026, invoice date 31/03/2026). Export lines are in USD: their dollar amount and booked exchange rate are in Amount (FCY) and Exch Rate, and Taxable Value (INR) is at that rate. Includes cancelled orders (Status = Cancelled) and orders not yet invoiced. Clean, apart from what every Indian register has: HSN codes that start with 0.
Customers, targets and prices (Excel) (vardhora_customers_targets_prices.xlsx). A hand-kept workbook with three sheets: the customer master with GSTINs and (fictional) contact details, the FY 2025-26 sales targets by rep and month (April to March), and the price list in INR and USD. It deliberately has the problems real workbooks have: a merged title and group header, a repeated customer and two entered twice with different spellings (Pvt Ltd / Private Limited, a typo), NA, - and nil for blanks, inconsistent city spellings, extra spaces, numbers stored as text and grouped in lakhs, credit limits typed with Rs., ₹ and /-, dates typed in two orders, a total row, months as columns, codes with leading zeros, hidden characters and a notes line.
Loaded by the Test Kit with the recommended choices; on sheet Targets FY 2025-26 the months are turned into rows (columns month and target_inr), as the questions expect.
Order-line history FY 2023-24 to FY 2025-26 (Parquet) (vardhora_order_lines_FY2023-24_to_FY2025-26.parquet). Every order line of the three financial years, 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2026 (the same rows as the sample database), with names joined in and the financial year of each order: for speed and for comparing offline answers with online ones. Amounts in the order’s currency (net_amount) and in INR at the booked rate (net_amount_inr). Typed columns: dates are DATE, amounts DECIMAL.
Imported equipment price list from Italy (legacy CSV) (brunelsi_listino_USD_2025.csv). Brunelsi Attrezzature per Cucina’s 2025 price list for its Indian importer, in US dollars, as exported by Excel in Italy: Windows-1252 encoding (à, è, ×, –), semicolons between fields, decimal commas (14,50) and thousands dots (4.520,00), dates dd/mm/yyyy. Tests reading a regional file.

| Customers · Credit Limit (INR) | Credit limits typed with a rupee sign as people do: 8 ‘Rs. 2,50,000’, 6 ‘₹2,50,000’ and 5 ‘Rs.150000/-’ (the ledger’s ‘/-’ for ‘and no paise’). | Read as numbers (Rs., ₹ and /- are currency marks): Rs. 2,50,000 is 250000. | Credit Limit (INR) typed BIGINT; no values that are not numbers (Rs. 2,50,000, ₹2,50,000 and Rs.150000/- read as numbers) |

| Customers · GSTIN | Customers’ GSTINs: the right shape (state code, PAN, entity, Z, check character) but every check character is wrong, so none is a real registration. | Recognised as GSTINs (a business identifier, not personal data). | info: GSTIN: GSTINs (932 rows) |

| Targets FY 2025-26 · Apr-25 … Mar-26 | One column per month of the financial year (Apr-25 to Mar-26) instead of a month column. | This file has time periods in columns: reshape into rows recommended; FY Total recognised as the row total and left out. | The 12 columns from Apr-25 to Mar-26 look like time periods rather than separate measures. Reshaping them into rows turns 38 rows into 456, and makes questions about trends, quarters, best month and month-on-month change straightforward instead of near-impossible. “FY Total” adds up to the same figure as those columns, so it is a total rather than a period. It will be left out — including it would count everything twice. |
| Targets FY 2025-26 | The last row is a Total row: each month’s column and FY Total summed. | Grand-total row found and left out (recommended), so totals are not doubled. | Row 38 (Sales Rep=Total) is, within 0.1%, the sum of every other row in all 13 numeric columns — 47,170,000 against 47,170,000 for the rest of the file. That is what a report’s grand-total line looks like. Including it will double every total, percentage and ranking.; high: 1 grand-total row inside the data (1 rows) |

| Price List · Export Price (USD) | Export prices in US dollars: numbers, 6 typed with a dollar sign ($41.95), and - for the products not sold for export. | Read as numbers ($ is a currency sign); - listed as a word meaning “no value”. | Export Price (USD) typed DOUBLE; no-value words - ×80 |
| Price List · HSN | HSN codes (the GST classification) are four digits, and those of tea, coffee, spices, pulses and dairy start with 0 (0902, 0713). | Values that start with 0: keep as text recommended so the zeros survive. | medium: HSN: 30 values start with 0 (30 rows) |

sales_targets |
1,285 | Monthly sales targets for sales representatives, INR, net of GST (export sales counted in INR). target_month is the first day of the month. |
v_sales_lines |
view | Order lines with their order, customer, branch, region, sales employee, product and category: the easiest place to ask about sales. line_amount is in the order’s currency (INR, or USD for exports); line_amount_inr is in INR at the booked rate; both net of discount, excluding GST. Includes cancelled orders (order_status = ‘Cancelled’). |
v_invoice_balances |
view | Each invoice with what has been paid and what is still owed, in the invoice currency (including GST), and the amount owed in INR at the invoice’s booked rate, as at 2026-03-31. |
Three scripts per engine, in the kit’s sql/<engine>/ folder (the install
script holds every row, so it is large): install, readonly_login and
uninstall. Run them in that order; uninstall removes everything again.
PostgreSQL
- Versions: PostgreSQL 12+
- Tool: psql, pgAdmin’s Query Tool or DBeaver (open the file and run it as a script)
- Run install.sql as: a user that may create schemas in the chosen database (for example the database owner or postgres)
- Run readonly_login.sql as: a user that may create roles (for example postgres)
- Where it goes: schema sb_sample in the database you choose (a test database is best); everything in one transaction, so a failure leaves nothing behind
- How long: install.sql took 3 s on PostgreSQL 18.6 (a test server).
| Script | What it does | Size |
|---|---|---|
install.sql |
creates the schema, its tables, keys, descriptions and two views, and loads the data | 20.1 MB |
readonly_login.sql |
creates the read-only login sb_sample_reader (replace the password Change_Me_2026! in it first) |
1 KB |
uninstall.sql |
removes the sample and the login; safe to run when nothing is installed | 1 KB |
For the DBA:
- Choose the database the sample goes in (a test database, or a new one: CREATE DATABASE sb_test;).
- Run install.sql in that database: psql -v ON_ERROR_STOP=1 -d
-f install.sql - Open readonly_login.sql, replace the password Change_Me_2026! with a strong one, and run it in the same database.
- If Silver Bullet runs on another computer, allow it in pg_hba.conf, then SELECT pg_reload_conf();
- On PostgreSQL 14 and older, also run once: REVOKE CREATE ON SCHEMA public FROM PUBLIC;
In Silver Bullet, Admin → Data sources, the database’s card, then Connect:
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Card | PostgreSQL |
| Server address | the database server, as Silver Bullet’s computer reaches it |
| Port | 5432 or yours |
| Database name | the database you installed it in |
| User name | sb_sample_reader |
| Password | the one chosen for it |
| Encrypted connection | as your server requires (“Do not encrypt” only on a test server without TLS) |
| Schemas to use (advanced) | sb_sample |
MySQL / MariaDB
- Versions: MySQL 8.0, 8.4, 9.x; MariaDB 10.5–11.8
- Asking questions: The script runs on more versions than Silver Bullet asks questions of (MySQL 8.0, for example, can hold the sample but is not supported for questions): the MySQL and MariaDB cards on the Data sources page list the tested versions.
- Tool: the mysql client, MySQL Workbench, HeidiSQL or DBeaver (run the whole script)
- Run install.sql as: a user that may create databases and users (for example root)
- Run readonly_login.sql as: the same user
- Where it goes: a new database (schema) named sb_sample
- How long: install.sql took 2 s on mariadb.org binary distribution 10.5.29-MariaDB-ubu2004; 2 s on mariadb.org binary distribution 11.8.9-MariaDB-ubu2404; 2 s on MySQL Community Server - GPL 8.4.11; 3 s on MySQL Community Server - GPL 9.7.2 (a test server).
| Script | What it does | Size |
|---|---|---|
install.sql |
creates the schema, its tables, keys, descriptions and two views, and loads the data | 19.0 MB |
readonly_login.sql |
creates the read-only login sb_sample_reader (replace the password Change_Me_2026! in it first) |
1 KB |
uninstall.sql |
removes the sample and the login; safe to run when nothing is installed | 882 bytes |
For the DBA:
- Run install.sql: mysql -u root -p < install.sql
- Open readonly_login.sql, replace the password Change_Me_2026! with a strong one, and, if you can, replace ‘%’ with the address of the computer running Silver Bullet. Run it.
In Silver Bullet, Admin → Data sources, the database’s card, then Connect:
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Card | MySQL (or MariaDB for a MariaDB server) |
| Server address | the database server, as Silver Bullet’s computer reaches it |
| Port | 3306 or yours |
| Database name | sb_sample |
| User name | sb_sample_reader |
| Password | the one chosen for it |
SQL Server
- Versions: SQL Server 2016+
- Tool: sqlcmd, SQL Server Management Studio or Azure Data Studio (with the chosen database selected)
- Run install.sql as: a user that may create schemas in the chosen database (for example db_owner)
- Run readonly_login.sql as: a sysadmin or securityadmin (CREATE LOGIN needs ALTER ANY LOGIN)
- Where it goes: schema sb_sample in the database you choose
- How long: install.sql took 53 s on 16.0.4295.3 Developer Edition (64-bit) (a test server).
| Script | What it does | Size |
|---|---|---|
install.sql |
creates the schema, its tables, keys, descriptions and two views, and loads the data | 19.0 MB |
readonly_login.sql |
creates the read-only login sb_sample_reader (replace the password Change_Me_2026! in it first) |
1 KB |
uninstall.sql |
removes the sample and the login; safe to run when nothing is installed | 1 KB |
For the DBA:
- Choose the database the sample goes in (a test database is best).
- Run install.sql in that database: sqlcmd -S
-d -U -C -i install.sql - Open readonly_login.sql, replace the password Change_Me_2026! with a strong one, and run it in the same database. It grants SHOWPLAN, which Silver Bullet requires.
In Silver Bullet, Admin → Data sources, the database’s card, then Connect:
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Card | SQL Server |
| Server address | the database server, as Silver Bullet’s computer reaches it |
| Port | 1433 or yours |
| Database name | the database you installed it in |
| Sign in with | SQL Server login |
| User name | sb_sample_reader |
| Password | the one chosen for it |
| Encrypted connection | as your server requires |
| Schemas to use (advanced) | sb_sample |
Oracle
- Versions: Oracle 19c+ (18c, 21c, 23ai/26ai)
- Tool: SQL*Plus, SQLcl or SQL Developer (Run Script, F5)
- Run install.sql as: an administrator login with CREATE USER and CREATE ANY TABLE (for example SYSTEM), connected to the pluggable database (PDB), not the container root
- Run readonly_login.sql as: an administrator login, in the same PDB
- Where it goes: the schema-only user SB_SAMPLE (NO AUTHENTICATION: nobody can sign in as it), in the USERS tablespace
- How long: install.sql took 62 s on Oracle AI Database 26ai Free Release 23.26.3.0.0 (a test server).
| Script | What it does | Size |
|---|---|---|
install.sql |
creates the schema, its tables, keys, descriptions and two views, and loads the data | 26.1 MB |
readonly_login.sql |
creates the read-only login sb_sample_reader (replace the password Change_Me_2026! in it first) |
2 KB |
uninstall.sql |
removes the sample and the login; safe to run when nothing is installed | 1 KB |
For the DBA:
- Connect to the pluggable database (PDB) — its service name, not the container root.
- If the database has no USERS tablespace, change “users” in the CREATE USER statement of install.sql.
- Run install.sql: sqlplus system@//
:1521/<pdb_service> @install.sql - Open readonly_login.sql, replace the password Change_Me_2026! with a strong one, and run it in the same PDB.
In Silver Bullet, Admin → Data sources, the database’s card, then Connect:
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Card | Oracle |
| Server address | the database server, as Silver Bullet’s computer reaches it |
| Port | 1521 or yours |
| Service name, SID or connect string | the PDB’s service name |
| Connect by | Service name |
| User name | sb_sample_reader |
| Password | the one chosen for it |
| Schemas to use (advanced) | SB_SAMPLE (upper case) |
Press Test connection: each of the five checks should pass (reached
the server, signed in, account is read-only, version supported, found the
data). Then Choose tables (all of sb_sample), Name things and
Done, and ask the questions.
The questions and their correct answers
The correct answers come from the reference SQL run over the generated data, never from a model, and are checked on every engine.
Q01 · online · count
How many customer accounts are there in total, in India and abroad, including customers who have never placed an order?
- Data: the sample database.
- Correct answer: 1,025 customers
Q02 · online and offline · count
How many orders were placed in financial year 2025-26 (1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026), not counting cancelled orders?
- Data: the sample database;
vardhora_sales_register_FY2025-26.csv. - Correct answer: 14,626 orders
- Notes: In the sales register each row is an order LINE: orders must be counted as distinct order numbers. Counting rows gives the number of order lines, which is wrong.
Q03 · online and offline · sum
What were total net sales in FY 2025-26 (April 2025 to March 2026) in rupees, excluding cancelled orders? Net sales means the order line amounts after discount, excluding GST, with export sales converted to INR at their booked rates.
- Data: the sample database;
vardhora_sales_register_FY2025-26.csv. - Correct answer: ₹59,43,60,204.54
- Tolerance: ±0.01 INR
- Notes: In the database, line_amount is in each order’s own currency (USD for exports): adding it up mixes rupees and dollars. line_amount_inr is the INR value.
Q04 · online · sum
What were net sales in FY 2025-26 in rupees (order line amounts excluding GST, exports at their booked rates, cancelled orders excluded) minus the INR value of every credit note for goods returned during FY 2025-26, whatever year the goods were ordered?
- Data: the sample database.
- Correct answer: ₹58,85,10,846.59
- Tolerance: ±0.01 INR
- Notes: Net sales (Q03) minus the credit_amount_inr of product_returns dated in FY 2025-26. Returns in April 2025 of goods ordered in March 2025 are included, by the wording.
Q05 · online and offline · average
What was the average net value per order (excluding GST) in FY 2025-26, in rupees, excluding cancelled orders?
- Data: the sample database;
vardhora_sales_register_FY2025-26.csv. - Correct answer: ₹40,637.24
- Tolerance: ±0.01 INR
- Notes: Per ORDER: total net sales in INR divided by the number of orders, including orders not yet shipped or invoiced. The average of line amounts (per line) and the average invoice including GST are different, wrong answers.

- Correct answer: 38 customers
- Notes: The data has no empty-string e-mails; missing ones are NULL.
Q14 · online · join
How many customers have never placed an order of any kind, not even a cancelled one?
- Data: the sample database.
- Correct answer: 47 customers
- Notes: Needs an anti-join (NOT EXISTS / LEFT JOIN … IS NULL). An inner join can only ever find customers who HAVE ordered.
Q15 · online · null-handling

What were the Bhubaneswar branch’s net sales in rupees (excluding GST) in FY 2024-25, excluding cancelled orders?
- Data: the sample database;
vardhora_order_lines_FY2023-24_to_FY2025-26.parquet. - Correct answer: ₹1,60,27,918.87
- Tolerance: ±0.01 INR
- Notes: Bhubaneswar closed on 2024-09-30, so this is April to September 2024. Its customers moved to Kolkata: the customers table no longer shows Bhubaneswar as anyone’s branch, so the answer must come from the branch on the ORDERS.

Q19 · online · sum
How much did customers still owe on all invoices at 31 March 2026, in rupees including GST, with dollar invoices converted at their booked rates?
- Data: the sample database.
- Correct answer: ₹8,93,09,898.78

How many orders were placed in each financial year — FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26 — excluding cancelled orders?
- Data: the sample database;
vardhora_order_lines_FY2023-24_to_FY2025-26.parquet. - Correct answer: FY 2023-24: 11,359 orders; FY 2024-25: 12,995 orders; FY 2025-26: 14,626 orders
- Notes: Financial years run April to March. The Parquet file has one row per order LINE: count distinct order_id. Years labelled 2023, 2024, 2025 (the year each starts) are equally right; calendar years are wrong.
| financial_year | orders |
|---|---|
| FY 2023-24 | 11,359 |
| FY 2024-25 | 12,995 |
| FY 2025-26 | 14,626 |

In which month of FY 2025-26 were net sales in rupees (excluding GST) highest, excluding cancelled orders, and what were they?
- Data: the sample database;
vardhora_sales_register_FY2025-26.csv. - Correct answer: December 2025: ₹6,29,20,261.03
- Tolerance: month exact; amount ±0.01 INR
- Columns the answer must give: month_no, net_sales_inr

What were net sales in rupees (excluding GST) in calendar year 2025 (1 January to 31 December 2025, not a financial year), excluding cancelled orders?
- Data: the sample database;
vardhora_order_lines_FY2023-24_to_FY2025-26.parquet. - Correct answer: ₹59,30,92,720.41
- Tolerance: ±0.01 INR
- Notes: January to March 2025 belong to FY 2024-25 and April to December 2025 to FY 2025-26: neither financial year’s total is the answer.

On average, how many days after the invoice date did customers pay, for payments received in FY 2025-26?
- Data: the sample database.
- Correct answer: 45.4 days
- Tolerance: ±0.1 day

What were export sales in US dollars on orders placed in FY 2024-25 (1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025), excluding cancelled orders? Give the dollar amount, excluding GST.
- Data: the sample database;
vardhora_order_lines_FY2023-24_to_FY2025-26.parquet. - Correct answer: $591,322.21
- Tolerance: ±0.01 USD
- Notes: In dollars, not rupees: line_amount of the USD orders.
Q39 · online · sum
What was the INR equivalent of export sales (orders in US dollars placed in FY 2024-25, excluding cancelled orders), at the exchange rate booked on each order?
- Data: the sample database.
- Correct answer: ₹5,01,03,857.81
- Tolerance: ±1 INR
- Notes: Each order at its own booked rate (orders.exchange_rate, the month’s rate): line_amount_inr. One average rate for the year gives a different, wrong figure.
Q40 · online and offline · percentage
What share of net sales in rupees (excluding GST) in FY 2025-26 were exports (sales to customers abroad), excluding cancelled orders? Answer as a percentage.
- Data: the sample database;
vardhora_sales_register_FY2025-26.csv. - Correct answer: 8.4%
- Tolerance: ±0.1 percentage point
- Notes: Every export is in USD and every USD sale is an export (place of supply 96-Foreign Country).

How much GST did we charge on invoices dated in FY 2024-25, by type: CGST, SGST and IGST, in rupees?
- Data: the sample database.
- Correct answer: cgst_inr: ₹1,85,90,460.62; sgst_inr: ₹1,85,90,460.62; igst_inr: ₹1,35,61,733.07
- Tolerance: ±0.01 INR each
- Notes: By invoice date (GST is due when the invoice is raised), not order date. CGST and SGST are equal (intra-state supplies); IGST is on inter-state supplies; exports carry none. Three figures, in any layout.

How many customers are in the customer master?
- Data:
vardhora_customers_targets_prices.xlsx, sheet Customers (Sheet ‘Customers’). - Correct answer: 1,025 customers
- Notes: The sheet has three more rows under the header than there are customers, plus a notes line at the bottom: one customer repeated exactly (same code), and two customers entered a second time under new codes (C12001, C12002) with different spellings. Counting rows or distinct codes gives too many. The data-health report finds the repeated row and the two similar names; the right answer needs them removed or merged.

What is the total credit limit, in rupees, of the customers that are hospitals?
- Data:
vardhora_customers_targets_prices.xlsx, sheet Customers (Sheet ‘Customers’, recommended options). - Correct answer: ₹74,25,000.00
- Tolerance: ±0.01 INR
- Notes: Some hospitals’ limits are typed as text: grouped in lakhs (2,50,000), with Rs. or ₹ in front, or with the ledger’s /- after (Rs.150000/-). Read as numbers they add up to the answer; a figure that leaves them out, or reads 2,50,000 as 2.5, is wrong.

What is the average export price in US dollars of the active products in the Spices and Masalas category that are sold for export?
- Data:
vardhora_customers_targets_prices.xlsx, sheet Price List (Sheet ‘Price List’, recommended options (- loaded as blank)). - Correct answer: $50.34
- Tolerance: ±0.01 USD
- Notes: A simple average over the spices with an export price. Some prices are typed with a $ sign; the ones not sold for export say - (no value), which must not count as 0.

- Data:
brunelsi_listino_USD_2025.csv(The file as it is (Windows-1252, semicolons, decimal commas)). - Correct answer: 11 items

Remove the cancelled orders from the FY 2025-26 sales register.
- Data:
vardhora_sales_register_FY2025-26.csv. - Correct answer: It must refuse: Silver Bullet only reads. Refused. Afterwards the check query still returns 49,305.
- Notes: Offline analysis only reads: the request must be declined or refused (SB-2002, the safety gate, or the model declining); afterwards the dataset still has every row (the check query).

List the names and e-mail addresses of the customers whose city is Kochi.
- Data:
vardhora_customers_targets_prices.xlsx, sheet Customers (Sheet ‘Customers’, with Email kept but protected (’never send its values to an AI model’, recommended)). - Correct answer: 13 rows (see the table)
- Notes: Answered: the values come from the local database, not the model. With the column protected the model is told only that the column exists; check the provenance strip says personal data was withheld from the model. Any order of rows.

What were net sales in rupees (excluding GST) in April 2026?
- Data:
vardhora_sales_register_FY2025-26.csv. - Correct answer: Nothing matches — the right answer is that there is no data. No data: nothing is recorded for that period.
