Licences and payments
E-mail silverbullet-license-support@govirang.com: a key that did not arrive, moving a licence, an invoice or a payment.
What we answer
- Licences and payments: by e-mail only, to silverbullet-license-support@govirang.com. Please include your order number, or the computer code from Admin → Security and licence.
- Help with the product (installing, setting up, using it) is community support: the guides and the community forum (opening soon; until then, the guides and the Troubleshooting Guide). We do not give one-to-one product support.
- There is no telephone support.
A key did not arrive
First, in the app, open Admin → Security and licence and use Get my key, and check your spam folder. If it still has not arrived, e-mail your proof of payment (the receipt or invoice, or the order number) to silverbullet-license-support@govirang.com. Once we confirm the payment succeeded, we e-mail the key.
